§ 31-137. Additional guest permits.

The city clerk is authorized to issue additional guest permits which shall be valid for a specific length of time, as determined and designated by the city clerk, upon a request by a person eligible to receive a permit under the terms of this division, and determination by the city clerk that there is a necessity for additional guest permits. There shall be a fee of $5.00 per permit.
