§ 31-138. Replacement permits.

After the maximum of two permits per dwelling unit are issued for any location, in order for the owner to obtain subsequent permits for that same location in the same calendar year, the owner must either surrender a permit that has previously been issued or sign an affidavit explaining why the previous permit cannot be surrendered.
