§ 13-54. Discharge of fireworks; time prohibited.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge, fire or ignite any fireworks within the city limits, except between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and midnight on each day of the period of July 1 through July 4 of any year, or such other time as may be designated by the City Manager pursuant to section 13-64 or 13-65. Provided that, a permit issued for a fireworks display, pursuant to section 13-55, may allow such activity to occur at any reasonable time of day, on any day of the year, but only as specified in such permit.
