§ 13-53. When sale of fireworks is lawful.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell at retail, or offer to sell at retail, deliver or give away to individuals any fireworks except between the hours of 12:00 noon on July 1 through 12:00 midnight July 4 of any year.
