§ 26-2. Approval of subdivision regulations.

(a)

The Manhattan Urban Area Subdivision Regulations, as adopted by the Manhattan Urban Area Planning Board, on October 3, 1983, are hereby approved, and hereby incorporated by reference into this section.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to comply with the provision of said Manhattan Urban Area Subdivision Regulations.

(c)

Three copies of said Manhattan Urban Area Subdivisions Regulations shall be on file in the city clerk's office during office hours for public inspection. Said copies shall be marked "Official copy as incorporated by Ordinance No. 4130."
