§ 26-3. Subdivision application fees.

Latest version.

Whenever any of the following subdivision requests are filed with the city, a fee shall be submitted therewith in the amount indicated below:
(a)

A change in the text of the regulations ..... $ 75.00

(b)

Preliminary plats ..... 150.00

(c)

A final plat, an amendment to a preliminary plat, or replat of an existing plat of record ..... 150.00

(d)

A combined preliminary and final plat (small tract procedure) ..... 200.00
