§ 18-23. Library's share of costs.

Latest version.

The library's share of the cost of employee benefits authorized for payment from the fund created by section 18-21 of this article shall include the following:
(1)

Social security (FICA).

(2)

Kansas Public Employees Retirement System (KPERS).

(3)

Workmen's compensation benefits.

(4)

Employment security, unemployment compensation benefits.

(5)

Medical, health, life and hospitalization insurance.
