§ 18-21. Established.

The City of Manhattan, Kansas, in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 12-16-102, does hereby establish a library employee benefits contribution fund for the purpose of paying the library's share of employee benefits prescribed by section 18-22 of this article.
