§ 18-22. Annual tax levy.

(a)

An annual tax levy is authorized for the library employee benefit fund to pay all expenses enumerated in section 18-23.

(b)

The annual tax levy for the library employee benefit fund is excluded from any library mill levy limit established by charter ordinance.
