§ 9-25. Traffic regulation in cemeteries.

  • (a)

    All traffic laws of the city that are applicable to operation of vehicles in cemeteries shall be strictly observed within the cemeteries.

    (b)

    No person within a cemetery shall:

    (1)

    Drive in excess of 15 miles per hour.

    (2)

    Drive off the established roads unless authorized to do so.

    (3)

    Make a U-turn.

    (4)

    Use a cemetery road as a public thoroughfare.

    (5)

    Park or leave any motor vehicle upon a grave space.

    (6)

    Park or leave any motor vehicle on any road or driveway in such a location or position so as to prevent any other vehicle from passing.
