§ 8-271. Fees for sign permits.

  • When a sign permit is required by the Manhattan Zoning Regulations, the applicant shall pay the following fees(s) at the time the sign permit application is submitted to the city:

    (a)

    For each sign identified in the application, the fee shall be $25.00; except that for each sign, or portion thereof, that includes a digital animated sign, digital graphic sign, or electronic changeable copy sign, the fee shall be $100.00.

    (b)

    For signs installed before a permit is approved and issued, the fees charged shall be tripled.
