§ 4-87. Same, revocation.

  • (a)

    The city clerk or the Riley County Police Department, upon written notice to the permit holder, delivered to the permit holder's address as listed on the application for such permit or personally delivered to the permit holder at the premises, may revoke or suspend a temporary cereal malt beverage permit for any of the following reasons:

    (1)

    The permit holder violated any regulation in section 4-86;

    (2)

    The permit holder violated any state law or city ordinance pertaining to the sale, serving or consumption of cereal malt beverages, while on the premises and during the term of the permit;

    (3)

    The permit holder violated a condition or restriction placed upon the permit;

    (4)

    Criminal activity has occurred on the premises during the term of the permit, for which a citation is issued or an arrest made, that is reasonably likely to cause injury or threat to persons or property or to create an unreasonable disturbance.
