§ 4-86. Same, permit regulations.

  • (a)

    Every temporary cereal malt beverage permit holder must allow immediate entry and inspection by alcoholic beverage control agents or other law enforcement officers;

    (b)

    No cereal malt beverages shall be given, sold or traded to any person under 21 years of age;

    (c)

    No temporary cereal malt beverage permit holder shall allow the sale or serving of cereal malt beverages between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. at any event for which a temporary cereal malt beverage permit has been issued;

    (d)

    All local ordinances and state statutes for the sale, serving and consumption of cereal malt beverages apply to holders of temporary cereal malt beverage permits. However, a temporary cereal malt beverage permit holder shall not be subject to the provisions of the Beer and Cereal Malt Beverage Keg Registration Act, K.S.A. 41-2901 et seq., and amendments thereto.

    (e)

    Every temporary cereal malt beverage permit holder shall cause the permit to be placed in plain view at the event entrance along with the name of the permit holder, and a diagram of the premises covered by the permit.
