§ 4-73. Restrictions on location.

(a)

No license shall be issued under the terms of this division to any person for any location unless it complies with all relevant zoning regulations and other ordinances of the city.

(b)

Any premises licensed under this division prior to August 19, 2012, shall be exempt from the restrictions set forth in subsection 4-73(a) above. The exemption granted by reason of this subsection shall terminate if the premises cease to be licensed for a period of more than 120 consecutive days. Any bona fide purchaser from a licensee covered hereunder shall likewise succeed to the exemption granted in this subparagraph; provided, that the exemption granted by reason of this subparagraph shall terminate if the premises cease to be licensed for a period of more than 120 consecutive days.
