§ 31-131. White Zone: Parking restricted except by permit (5:00 p.m.—8:00 a.m.).

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle at the locations described in subsection (b) between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., unless such vehicle has displayed thereon a valid and current "White Zone" permit.

    (b)

    The "White Zone" shall include the following locations:

    (1)

    The east side of North Fourth Street from Moro Street to Leavenworth Street.

    (2)

    The north side of Moro Street from North Fourth Street to Third Place.

    (3)

    The 200 feet of the south side of Osage Street from Fourth Street to the east.

    (4)

    The south side of North Delaware Avenue from Sunset Avenue east 525 feet thence south on the west side to the intersection of Sunset Lane.
