§ 31-53. No parking during designated times zones.
(a)
It is unlawful for any person to cause, allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in the name of or owned or operated by such person to be stopped, stood or parked on any street in the locations specified in this subsection except that this prohibition shall not apply on Sundays.
Browning Avenue
The east side of Browning Avenue between a point 150 feet north of the centerline of Claflin Road at the intersection of Claflin Road and the east side of Browning Avenue and a point 200 feet south of the centerline of Dickens Avenue at the intersection of Dickens Avenue and the east side of Browning Avenue.
College Avenue
The west side of College Avenue between Dickens Avenue and Hobbs Drive.
College Heights Road
The northerly side of College Heights Road beginning at a point 75 feet westerly of the west back of curb of the intersection of the northerly side of College Heights Road and College Avenue thence westerly 225 feet to a point 300 feet westerly of said west back of curb of College Avenue.
Dickens Avenue
The south side of Dickens Avenue beginning at the west back of curb at its intersection with Beechwood Terrace west to its intersection with Seth Child Road.
Juliette Avenue
The east side of Juliette Avenue between Leavenworth Street and Humboldt Street.
The west side of Juliette Avenue between Houston Street and Colorado Street.
Poyntz Avenue
The north side of Poyntz Avenue between North 9 th Street and North 10 th Street.
The south side of the 900 block of Poyntz Avenue.
Sunset Avenue
The east side of Sunset Avenue between Sunset Lane and Delaware Avenue.
Yuma Street
The south side of Yuma Street between South 8 th Street and South 10 th Street.
(b)
It is unlawful for any person to cause, allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in the name of or owned or operated by such person to be stopped, stood or parked on any street in the locations specified in this subsection from 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Laramie Street
The north and south sides of Laramie Street between North 11 th Street and North 12 th Street.
Old Anderson Avenue
The south side of Old Anderson Avenue, which is located in Aggieville and referred to as the Old Anderson Avenue cutoff, between North Manhattan Avenue and Anderson Avenue.
Poyntz Avenue
The north and south sides of Poyntz Avenue between 3 rd Street and 6 th Street.
12 th Street
The east and west sides of North 12 th Street between Laramie Street and Bluemont Avenue.
The east side of North 12 th Street beginning at the south back-of-curb of the intersection of the east side of North 12 th Street and Laramie Street thence south 180 feet to the north back-of-curb of the intersection of the east side of North 12 th Street and the alley between Laramie Street and Fremont Street.
(c)
It is unlawful for any person to cause, allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in the name of or owned or operated by such person to be stopped, stood or parked on any street in the locations specified in this subsection from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Manhattan Avenue
The east side of North Manhattan Avenue between Laramie Street and Bluemont Avenue.
Moro Street
The north and south sides of Moro Street between 11 th Street and North Manhattan Avenue.
(d)
It is unlawful for any person to cause, allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in the name of or owned or operated by such person to be stopped, stood or parked on any street in the locations specified in this subsection from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Stratton Circle
The entire south side of Stratton Circle.
(e)
It is unlawful for any person to cause, allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in the name of or owned or operated by such person to be stopped, stood or parked on any street in the locations specified in this subsection from 12:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Pioneer Lane
The north and west side of Pioneer Lane between Sunnyslope Lane and a point 145 feet north of the extended south property line of Lot 7 of the Revised Plat of the Campus View Addition to the City of Manhattan, Riley County, Kansas.
(f)
It is unlawful for any person to cause, allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in the name of or owned or operated by such person to be stopped, stood or parked on any street in the locations specified in this subsection from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on any day when school is in session.
Hobbs Drive
The north side of Hobbs Drive between Browning Avenue and Vaughn Drive.
8 th Street
The west side of 8 th Street between Vattier Street and Bluemont Avenue.
(g)
It is unlawful for any person to cause, allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in the name of or owned or operated by such person to be stopped, stood or parked on any street in the locations specified in this subsection from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
14 th Street
The west side of North 14 th Street between Poyntz Avenue and Fairchild Avenue.
(h)
It is unlawful for any person to cause, allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in the name of or owned or operated by such person to be stopped, stood or parked on any street in the locations specified in this subsection from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday.
Legore Lane
The east and west sides and northern terminus of Legore Lane between the northern terminus of Legore Lane and Claflin Road.
(i)
It is unlawful for any person to cause, allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in the name of or owned or operated by such person to be stopped, stood or parked on any street in the locations specified in this subsection from 12:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Poyntz Avenue
The north side of Poyntz Avenue between the east back-of-curb of the intersection of the north side of Poyntz Avenue and 8 th Street and a point 120 feet east of said east back-of-curb of 8 th Street.
