Section 3 of Ord. No. 4979, adopted July 9, 1996, repealed §§ 2-126, 2-127 in their entirety. Former §§ 2-126, 2-127 pertained to the creation and functions of the department of personnel and derived from the 1973 Code, §§ 1-301 and 1-306; and Ord.
