§ 19-45. Same—Drivers.

The annual license fee for taxicab drivers and for livery vehicle drivers shall be $20.00. All applicants for a taxicab or livery vehicle driver's license shall also be required to pay the cost of conducting a criminal background investigation and driving record investigation when a new or renewal license is issued. Such cost shall be the actual fee required by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation and the Kansas Department of Revenue for the investigation and reports.
