§ 8-236. Issuance of the permit.

Latest version.

The building official shall approve the issuance of the building and/or moving permits only if the following requirements have been met:
(1)

The applicant has filed a complete application and paid the fee(s), and the application meets the requirements of this article.

(2)

If a building or structure will be moved to a location within the city limits, that the proposed use and structure meet the requirements of all city ordinances and the Manhattan Zoning Regulations.
