§ 8-224. Clean-up; filling in of basement.

The contractor shall remove any foundation walls that extend above the ground and make level the lot with approved materials, within seven days after the building is moved from the lot; unless the existing basement is in sound condition and a building permit has been issued for an improvement that incorporates the existing basement.
