§ 8-192. Permits and fees.
Latest version.
All permits required by the codes of the city shall be obtained prior to starting any construction on-site for a factory-built structure and permit shall be issued only if a licensed general contractor is erecting the structure. Building permit fees shall be charged on the same schedule as for on-site construction. Inspection fees, and any other fees, shall be charged on the same schedule as for on-site construction on the basis of inspection and other services actually performed on-site.
