§ 8-186. Definition.

For the purpose of this article, a factory-built structure is a structure which has been assembled at a modular factory in partial or complete units. A factory-built structure is different from a mobile home which is a vehicular, portable structure built on a chassis and primarily intended and designed to be used without a permanent foundation.
