§ 8-19. Function as committee of the whole.

For purposes of reviewing the building, electrical, plumbing, sign, abatement of dangerous buildings, mechanical, and gas fitting codes, the general board of appeals shall meet as a committee of the whole and make written suggestions to the governing body regarding any changes or modifications to those codes.
