§ 8-12. Conflicting provisions.

All Code sections, ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with this article regarding methods for appeals pertaining to the building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, sign, abatement of dangerous buildings, and gas fitter codes of the city are hereby repealed.
