§ 7-127. Fueling.

(a)

No person shall perform refueling or defueling activities on the airport unless all fire extinguishers and other equipment used in such activities complies with the Uniform Fire Code, Article 24, as amended.

(b)

Persons performing aircraft fueling and defueling activities shall comply with Federal Aviation Administration Advisory Circular 150/5230-4 regarding personnel training.

(c)

No person shall be deemed to violate the provisions of subsections (a) and (b) if such person is using equipment provided by operators of commercial aviation fuel dispensing services, which is designed and intended to allow aircraft users to self-fuel their aircraft, and if such person complies with all instructions posted on said equipment.
