§ 7-97. Authority to close airport or portions thereof.

The airport director or his/her representative shall have the authority to prohibit aircraft from landing and taking off at any time or to close one or more runways, taxiways, or any portion of the air operations area to any or all traffic when there are circumstances that are likely to endanger persons or property.
