§ 7-71. Admittance to the airport security area.

No person, either as a pedestrian, operator of a vehicle, or operator of an aircraft shall enter the airport security area without the authorization of the airport director or his/her representative. Authorized persons within the airport security area shall display identification badges issued by airport administration or other certificated airports. Passengers entering for the purpose of enplaning or deplaning shall be under the supervision of an aircraft owner or operator who has prior authorization.
