§ 7-64. Building requirements.

(a)

All structures erected on airport property shall comply with pertinent city ordinances, shall be of a design harmonious with the surrounding structures, and shall be located in the areas specified for their particular use by the airport director.

(b)

All buildings, leased areas, and privately owned facilities shall be maintained in accordance with pertinent city ordinances.

(c)

Airport tenants shall provide the airport director access to all buildings for periodic inspection purposes.

(d)

All refueling and fuel storage installations, either permanent or temporary, must be approved by the airport director and shall be located only in the areas so designated by the airport director.

(e)

All work done on airport property shall be approved by the airport director and other appropriate city officials. Violators shall be required to remove unauthorized work at their own expense.
