§ 7-54. Sanitation and waste disposal.

No person shall dispose of garbage, papers, refuse, or other materials on airport property except in the receptacles provided for the purpose. No person shall use a comfort station other than in a clean and sanitary manner. No person shall dispose of hazardous waste on airport property. Persons handling hazardous waste on airport property will only use methods approved by federal and state environmental agencies.
