§ 5-11. Defined.

An automatic amusement device is hereby defined for the purposes of this article as a machine or device which, upon the insertion of a coin, slug or similar object, operates or may be operated or used for game, contest or amusement and shall include such devices as marble machines, pinball machines, shuffle boards, bowling, electric shooting and similar amusement devices under whatever name they may be indicated.
