§ 4-71. License required.

(a)

No person shall sell any cereal malt beverage without having first secured a license for each place of business as herein provided.

(b)

The application for a license to sell cereal malt beverages shall be on a form provided by the city, submitted to the city clerk and approved by the governing body. Each application shall be accompanied by the required fee.
