§ 4-70. Penalties for violation of this article.

(a)

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.00, or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

(b)

Such penalties may be assessed in addition to any license or permit revocation process provided for in this article.
