§ 4-68. State license for wholesalers and/or distributors.

It shall be unlawful for any wholesaler or distributor, his or its agents or employees, to sell or deliver cereal malt beverages within the city to persons authorized under this division to sell the same within the city unless such wholesaler or distributor has first secured a license from the State of Kansas authorizing such sales.
