§ 4-44. Temporary alcoholic liquor permits.

It shall be unlawful for any person to offer for sale, sell and serve any alcoholic liquor for consumption on unlicensed premises at any event within the city without first obtaining a local temporary alcoholic liquor permit from the city clerk.
