§ 4-11. Hours of sale.

Latest version.

No person shall sell at retail any alcoholic liquor in the city on the following days and hours:
(1)

On any day, Monday through Saturday, before 9:00 a.m. or after 11:00 p.m.

(2)

On any Sunday when sale is permitted, before 12:00 noon and after 8:00 p.m.; or

(3)

On Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day.
