§ 32-188. Administration and applicability.

(a)

The director of public works shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this article.

(b)

This article shall apply to all water entering the stormwater management system from any developed and undeveloped land within the corporate limits of the city, unless specifically exempted by this article or with authorization from the director of public works.
