§ 32-156. Scope.

All provisions of this article shall apply to domestic and nondomestic wastes except as stipulated herein. This article shall apply within the city and outside the city to those who are users of the City of Manhattan publicly owned treatment works (POTW). Except as otherwise provided, the director of public works shall administer, implement and enforce the provisions of this article.
