§ 31-181. Riding on sidewalks and roadways.
(a)
No person shall ride any bicycle, skateboard, coaster, roller skates or similar devices upon any public sidewalk within that portion of the city zoned either C-3 or C-4.
(b)
No person shall ride any skateboard, roller skates, coaster or similar device upon any public parking lot owned and operated by a governmental unit.
(c)
No person shall ride any skateboard, roller skates, coaster or similar device upon any roadway within the city, except while crossing a street at a crosswalk and except upon streets set aside as play streets, as that term is defined in the Standard Traffic Ordinance adopted by the city.
