§ 31-158. Application fees.

Latest version.

(a)

The applicant for a special event or block party permit shall, at the time of filing the application, pay the following fee:

(1)

Special event permit: $50.00

(2)

Special event permit (with alcoholic beverages): $250.00

(3)

Block party permit: $20.00

(b)

There shall be no fee for an assembly permit.
