§ 31-129. Green, Yellow and Red Zones: Parking restricted except by permit (2:00 a.m.—9:00 a.m.).

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle at the locations described in this subsection between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. unless such vehicle has displayed thereon a valid and current "Green Zone" permit. The "Green Zone" shall include the following locations:

(1)

Both sides of Ninth Street, north of Bluemont Avenue.

(2)

Both sides of Tenth Street, north of Bluemont Avenue.

(3)

The west side of Eleventh Street from fifty feet north of Bluemont Avenue to Claflin Road.

(4)

Both sides of Twelfth Street between Bluemont Avenue and Vattier Street.

(5)

The west side of Twelfth Street from Vattier to Ratone Street.

(6)

The south side of Claflin Road from North Manhattan Avenue to North Ninth Street and the north side of Claflin Road between Ninth and Tenth Streets.

(7)

The north side of Pomeroy Street from North Manhattan Avenue to North Eleventh Street.

(8)

The north side of Ratone Street from North Tenth Street to north Ninth Street.

(9)

The south side of Ratone Street from North Manhattan Avenue to north Ninth Street.

(10)

The north side of Bertrand Street from North Manhattan Avenue to north Ninth Street.

(11)

The north and south side of Thurston Street from North Manhattan Avenue to north Ninth Street.

(12)

The north side of Kearney Street from North Manhattan Avenue to north Ninth Street.

(13)

The south side of Kearney Street from North Eleventh Street to north Ninth Street.

(14)

The north side of Vattier Street from North Manhattan Avenue to north Ninth Street.

(15)

The south side of Vattier Street from North Eleventh Street to north Ninth Street.

(16)

Haid Court.

(17)

Both sides of the entire length of Vista Lane.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle at the locations described in this subsection between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. unless such vehicle has displayed thereon a valid and current "Yellow Zone" permit. The "Yellow Zone" shall include the following locations:

(1)

Both sides of Fairchild Avenue, west of Denison Avenue.

(2)

Grandview Drive, south side only, beginning 50 feet west of the west back-of-curb of Sunset Avenue, thence 535 feet west.

(3)

West side of 300 and 400 block of Denison Avenue.

(4)

Both sides of Westview Drive, from 60 feet south of its intersection with Anderson Avenue, to the intersection with Park Drive.

(5)

Both sides of Oakdale Drive, from its intersection with Anderson Avenue to the intersection with Park Drive.

(6)

Both sides of Edgerton Avenue, from its intersection with Anderson Avenue to the intersection with Park Drive.

(7)

Both sides of Wickham Road, from its intersection with Anderson Avenue to the intersection with Park Drive.

(8)

South side of Grandview Drive, from 535 feet west of its intersection with Sunset Avenue, to the intersection with Oakdale Drive.

(9)

Both sides of Meadowmere Court, from its intersection with Edgerton Avenue to its terminus.

(c)

It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle at the locations described in this subsection between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. unless such vehicle has displayed thereon a valid and current "Red Zone" permit. The "Red Zone" shall include the following locations:

(1)

The north and south sides of Montgomery Drive.

(2)

The north and south sides of Thackery Street.

(3)

Both sides of Todd Road between Hartford Drive and Jarvis Drive.

(4)

Both sides of Hillcrest Drive between Claflin Road and Jardine Drive.

(5)

Both sides of Campus Road between Todd Road and Jardine Drive.

(6)

Both sides of Hunting Avenue between Sunset Avenue and Denison Avenue.

(7)

The east and west sides of Jarvis Drive from Claflin Road to Jardine Drive.

(8)

The east and west sides of the entire length of Claflin Circle.

(9)

The west side of Harry Road from Claflin Avenue to Jardine Drive.

(10)

The east side of Harry Road from Todd Road to Jardine Drive.

(11)

The east and west sides of Quivera Circle, from the south back-of-curb of Platt Street, thence 115 feet south.

Both sides of Harris Avenue from Anderson Avenue to Hunting Avenue.
