§ 31-125. Exemption for zoned business and enclosure of vehicles.

The provision of section 31-123 shall not apply to any person who is conducting a business enterprise in compliance with existing zoning regulations, or who places such vehicles inside an enclosed building so as to prohibit ready access to such vehicles by children and to enclose such vehicles from view of the public using the streets and sidewalks; provided however, that nothing in this section shall authorize the maintenance of a public nuisance.
