§ 31-122. Definitions.

  • Words used in this division shall have the following meanings unless the context otherwise requires:

    Inoperable means a condition of being junked, wrecked, wholly or partially dismantled, discarded, abandoned or unable to perform the functions or purpose for which it was originally constructed.

    Vehicle means any automobile, van, truck, all-terrain vehicle, tractor, farm machinery, motorcycle, moped, motor scooter, construction equipment, watercraft or other device designed to carry cargo, operator or passenger, and may be powered by an engine, regardless of whether it contains an engine at any other time or pulled or pushed.
