§ 30-130. Permit required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place or maintain a subdivision or development identification sign in a city right-of-way without a valid permit. A "subdivision identification sign" or "development identification sign" is a sign identifying a residential subdivision, recognized residential neighborhood or a unified commercial or industrial development, and located in the city right-of-way near the entrance to a residential subdivision, recognized residential neighborhood, or a unified commercial or industrial development.
