Article VI. RAILROAD CROSSINGS |
§ 30-92. Certain crossings designated as exempt.
The crossings of the Union Pacific Railroad tracks in the following locations are hereby designated as "exempt," according to Section 8B-6 of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices:
(1)
East Poyntz Avenue crossing at the intersection with Tuttle Creek Boulevard (east entrance to Manhattan Town Center Parking Lot);
(2)
Fort Riley Boulevard crossing, 600 feet south of the intersection with U.S. 24;
(3)
East Pierre Street crossing (southeast entrance to Manhattan Town Center Parking Lot).
