There is hereby created a public building commission which shall be a municipal corporation,
the governing body of which shall consist of five members, all of whom shall be the
duly elected or appointed city commissioners of the City of Manhattan, Kansas. Each
such elected or appointed city commissioner of the City of Manhattan, Kansas, shall
automatically become and be a member of the governing body of the public building
commission and shall so serve during the entire time, but only so long as he or she
shall continue as a duly elected or appointed city commissioner of said city.
