§ 2-212. Officers.

The members of the city environmental board shall elect a chairman, vice-chairman and secretary from among their numbers.
(a)

The chairman shall preside at all meetings and otherwise serve as the official head of such board.

(b)

The vice-chairman shall act in the absence of the chairman.

(c)

The secretary shall record the proceedings of the board and otherwise maintain a written record of their deliberations and activities. This will include a permanent file of minutes in the city clerk's office.
