§ 27-37. Bond prerequisite to issuance.

All merchant guard or merchant patrol business licensees shall file with the city clerk a surety bond issued by a corporation authorized to do business in the state in the sum of $10,000.00 running to any and all employers of the principal of the bond, conditioned that the principal of the bond shall well and faithfully perform the services he engaged to perform. Action on the bond may be brought by any employer of the principal in the bond. Such bond shall be approved as to form and surety by the city attorney.
