§ 27-31. Required.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in or conduct a merchant guard or merchant patrol business without obtaining a license as provided in this division.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any merchant guard or merchant patrol to employ any agent or employee unless the person to be employed has obtained a license as provided in this division.

(c)

It shall be unlawful for any person to accept employment as an agent or employee of a merchant guard or merchant patrol without obtaining a license as provided in this division.
