§ 1-34. Health officer; board of health.

Whenever the term health officer is used within the Code, that term shall mean the health officer of the Riley County-Manhattan Board of Health, or his authorized representative, and he shall have the full authority to enforce the ordinances of the city which pertain to health and sanitation. The terms "board of health" and "health department" shall refer to the Riley County-Manhattan Board of Health and Riley County-Manhattan Department of Health, respectively.
