§ 19-51. New goods auction license.

Latest version.

The fee for issuance of a new goods auction license pursuant to K.S.A. 58-1014 et seq., shall be $25.00 per day for each day that the applicant proposes to conduct a public auction. The applicant for such a license shall comply will all provisions of K.S.A. 58-1014 et seq., as well as applicable provisions of this Code.
